Kimberly Mosscrop

Kimberly Mosscrop, Esq. joined Futterman, Lanza & Pasculli, LLP as an Associate in November 2021. Kimberly Mosscrop continues to concentrate primarily in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning and Medicaid. In her practice, she handles Will preparation, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Living Wills. Kimberly also completes asset protection and Medicaid eligibility planning, and applications for Medicaid benefits. 

Prior to her joining Futterman, Lanza & Pasculli, LLP, Kimberly was a Senior Associate at the law firm Grabie & Grabie, LLP, and a Partner in the elder care firm Michael Angiulo & Associates, LLC.

Kimberly is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Elder Law and Trusts and Estate Sections, in addition to the Elder Law & Estate Planning Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association. She is a former Vice President of the Nassau County Women's Bar Foundation and a former member of the Nassau County Bar Association, where she served on the Board of Directors.

Kimberly Mosscrop received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. Kimberly resides in the Smithtown area with her husband and two children.
