Personal injury and medical malpractice

A client of mine was “t-boned” by another car in a motor vehicle accident. She was admitted to the hospital for a few days with non-displaced pelvic fractures and then discharged home. Ten days later, she suffered a fatal pulmonary embolism. In New York, since the car accident put everything else in motion, the person who caused the accident is responsible for all that follows. If there is medical malpractice on behalf of the hospital, that action would be added to the litigation, and in that regard, we partner with a medical malpractice firm.

Fortunately, I have not had many clients who have lost their lives due to an accident.

As we are for all our clients, we are here to address the needs of the widower, including setting up the estate. Since our firm also handles estate legal work, we are adept at handling all of our clients’ needs in this sad situation.
