Kate Kramer is the firm’s Operations Manager. Kate oversees the operations of the firm ensuring seamless integration and peak performance across all of the firm’s office locations. Kate’s responsibilities include oversight of internal operations, managing technology implementation, operating budgets, and human resources.
Kate brings a diverse and valuable skill set to the firm. Kate’s previous experience as a systems administrator and workflow coordinator provides her with a deep understanding of the processes and technology that drive a modern law firm. This, combined with Kate’s background as a Citigroup Branch Administrator, allows her to expertly manage the intersection of people, systems, and client service.
Kate earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance from New York University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from SUNY New Paltz.
